Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Batua. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or message.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide Premium Worldwide Express Courier Shipping for all orders. Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard International Express (USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea): 7 - 15 Days (Free Shipping on orders over $50)
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to international customs screening or global courier peak seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time through the official postal tracking system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Batua is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, we provide a 100% Customs Clearance Support Guarantee for eligible bulk orders to ensure smooth and safe delivery.

5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if a package is lost during international transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate a claim with the courier and provide a free reshipment or a full refund depending on the situation.
